Program Analyst II (NS)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight to EI Section Office planning and evaluation of program compliance, quality and improvement by coordinating, directing and managing projects and tasks and focusing on data collection, analysis and results. These projects and activities directly support and inform the work of the Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) and enrolled early intervention service providers related to direct service delivery, compliance with federal regulations, programmatic policies and procedures, and program monitoring to ensure practices are consistent with evidence-based practices and compliance with federal grant requirements and standards to maintain program funding. This position analyzes information and data, reviews plans and existing delivery systems and then develops detailed implementation plans for improvement, assures integrated plans are followed, and implements evaluation activities. This work requires advanced analytical and consultative skills, as well as expertise in early intervention. This position will work with other staff to manage evaluation of the early intervention program and use data to inform policy and practice decision to improve program quality. This position will be responsible for coordinating and leading informational meetings for various groups of stakeholders and assisting the Deputy Director with efforts to bring in collaborative partners for systems work and systemic change and development. This position will develop, prepare and/or assist with routine and ad hoc reports and presentations on an as needed basis, per funder or program request. The position must be able to present information, facilitate discussion, collaborate with other professionals and be able to articulate (orally and in writing) in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding the early intervention program and its intra-and-inter-agency partners. The ability to communicate effectively and adjust communication strategies to accommodate the needs of various audiences is critical, as this position will interface with organizations, professionals and clients at the local, regional, statewide, and national levels. This position is responsible for providing supervision to two Data Consultants.

Salary Range: $67,122 - $114,465

Recruitment Range: $67,122 - $83,040
