Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) is seeking a Program Analyst who provides planning and coordination of an assigned program or project; assists with the development and

implementation of program/project goals and objectives; and performs research and analysis in support of assignment.

Essential Functions

30% Coordinates assigned programs and projects, supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of program objectives and strategic initiatives. Conducts research and analysis to inform program activities, including trend identification, data collection, performance measurement, and the preparation of reports and recommendations. Provides program policy and process information to students, faculty, staff and the public. Prepares complex reports, presentations, correspondence and program documentation. Maintains program records, documents, web content and/or related program communication materials.

20% Assists with budget development, administration, and monitoring to support program and operational objectives. Supports the preparation of funding proposals, including grant applications and related documentation, as assigned. Tracks expenditures associated with programs and events, monitors budget performance, and assists in identifying and analyzing budget variances to ensure fiscal accountability. Process Foundation Accounts Payable requests for athletics, student emergency funding, and departmental needs. Support the planning and implementation of the annual Month of Giving campaign, including development of communication materials, event coordination, and promotional strategies. Assist with photo and video production to support development and marketing initiatives. Create requisitions in the Financial Management System (FMS) for departmental purchases. Reconcile Office of Financial Services (OFF) documentation with receipts for Development Office procurement card transactions.

20% Develops and implements marketing, outreach, and promotional materials to support program goals and increase stakeholder engagement. Serves as a liaison to clients, community partners, and other stakeholders by addressing program needs, fostering collaborative relationships, and providing professional-level program support, communication, and representation. Select and procure promotional items for donors and alumni. Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics; provide recommendations to enhance future fundraising and corporate engagement efforts. Coordinate with workforce and Foundation staff on scholarship fund setup and campaign tracking. Develop and maintain partnership landing pages in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and alignment with outreach strategies. Prepare donor acknowledgment correspondence on behalf of the President.

10% Plans, organizes, and assigns the work of staff if serving as a lead worker; plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of staff if assigned supervision. Participates in hiring, discipline and termination activities if assigned to supervision. May oversee the work of students and/or temporary staff 10% Responds to inquiries and issues; evaluates issues and researches alternative solutions; and provides recommendations. Monitors and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and standards to ensure the Office of Strategic Partnerships and the Presidents Office are well represented. Participates in strategic planning.
