    Description

    Program Analyst Sr

    Coordinates and oversees Government contract requirements. Ensures deliverables and contract actions execute on time through planning, analysis, and evaluation of contract status. Provides monthly assessment of applicable contract management requirements.

    Essential duties:

    • Oversee contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality
    • Monitor, measure, and report contractual performance and CDRL compliance
    • Support SLA/QA monitoring and scorecard reporting with CORs and SMEs
    • Assist with acquisition documentation (SOW/SOO/PWS, CDRLs, DD254 reviews)
    • Maintain documentation libraries and support contract-holder TTP training as assigned
    • Deliver monthly contract management assessments to the Government

    Education:

    • Required: Bachelor's degree
    • Substitution: Relevant experience performing SOW §3.1 functions for a Government agency in lieu of formal education

    Years of experience (recommended):

    • 7–10+ years program analysis, contract administration, or COR support
    • Experience with multi-contract IT service portfolios preferred

    Skills & knowledge:

    • Contract performance monitoring; CDRL/SLA tracking
    • Acquisition documentation development and review
    • Quality assurance metrics and reporting
    • SharePoint/portal administration for program documentation
    • Strong analytical writing and briefing skills

    Certifications:

    • Preferred: DAWIA/DAFEQ equivalency, FAC-COR, or PMP

    Security & other requirements:

    • Active TOP SECRET; TS/SCI preferred
    • On-site; travel as approved
