Program and Clinical Support Specialist

Hours
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
  • 1st Shift

Pay
  • $21.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle care management member assignment, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate all transitions between Care Managers
  • Perform statistical record keeping and monthly reporting for MyCare Ohio Managed Care Organizations
  • Open new cases within Clinical Care Advance for all CareSource new member cases
  • Prepare the monthly CareSource UAR Report
  • Manage responsibilities for MHM’s (CareSource, UHC, PP, CC, AL)
  • Act as backup Receptionist, greeting and assisting visitors, directing callers, and maintaining phone coverage
  • Copy, type, file, and fax documents as needed, including mail merges, presentations, newsletters, pamphlets, and charts
  • Organize luncheons for meetings or events and schedule/confirm appointments for executive staff
  • Provide backup support for other divisional roles during heavy workload periods

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • One year of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with the elderly and general public
  • Ability to operate office equipment effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or nonprofit environments
  • Bilingual skills in English and another language

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of administrative support experience

Other Requirements
  • Ability to work on-site in Uniontown, OH
  • Must be very detail-oriented and customer service focused
  • Ability to sit at the front desk 2-3 times a week to greet and assist visitors
