Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Account Manager (Contractor) to join an award-winning in-house creative agency that produces a wide range of internal and external communications.
  • This role acts as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and agency teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects across digital and owned channels.
  • The position requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion while aligning with business goals and marketing objectives.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects across multiple channels, primarily digital and owned platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing partners, fostering trust and clear communication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Account Planning, Creative, UX, Tech, and Program Management.
  • Understand and clearly define marketing objectives, expected outcomes, and key performance metrics.
  • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with strategy, creative briefs, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide strategic, clear, and actionable feedback to internal teams.
  • Present and support strategic and creative recommendations using data-driven insights.
  • Participate in prioritization discussions to align efforts with key business priorities.
  • Manage project expectations, timelines, and deliverables while identifying risks and proposing alternative solutions.
 
Must Have:
  • 3–8 years of experience in account management or account strategy within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale marketing projects, especially on digital platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide strategic thinking and solutions-oriented approaches.
  • Experience working directly with clients and creative teams.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
  • Exposure to user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
