Job Responsibilities

This position is located within the Procurement Service Division - Business Operations Section.

We are seeking an accurate, efficient professional with strong organizational skills to assist with the vendor registration program and provide the highest administrative support to the Division of Procurement Services and its stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining an accurate vendor database. Respond to the vendor registration inquiries via shared intake email and calls.
  • Serve as a backup to the vendor registration coordinators, responsible for maintaining an accurate vendor database.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing, copying and scanning.
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory.
  • Other administrative duties in support of the Procurement Services division as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
