This position involves providing personal care, self-help support, social training, recreation, and maintaining cleanliness to promote residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Assumes responsibility for residents' overall health and safety, delivering assistance with healthcare, medication, hygiene, nutrition, and community activities.
- Provides direct care to residents, including 1:1 supervision when required, ensuring safety by keeping residents within sight and arm's length at all times.
- Collaborates with staff to support residents needing individual supervision, assisting with relieving duties as needed.
