Join the University of South Dakota Business Office as a Program Assistant II and make a direct impact on the student experience. In this role, you will support critical business operations by processing student refunds, tuition adjustments, batch payments and charges, collections activities, and 1098-T tax reporting updates while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with financial transactions, accounting processes, accounts receivable, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
