Employment Terms: This is a part time, non-benefited position in the Adult Education Division that reports to the Director of Integrated Training and Education. The individual in this position may not exceed 19 hours per week.
Schedule: Afternoons. Monday – Wednesday 1:00 – 6:00 PM. Thursday. 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code H1001): High School diploma or equivalency (GED, HiSET). Computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Skills: Bi-lingual; Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word); experience using specialized data management systems; accurate and detailed data entry, report generation and file management; professional, dependable and collaborative.
Job Description: Under the supervision of a Director, the Program Assistant (PA) exhibits a pleasant and positive attitude while supporting the students and instructors in their duties. The PA is required to handle confidential student and program data on a daily basis.
