Salary Range
$16.56-$17.88 or per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Maximum salary upon new hire is $16.56.
Working Hours and/or Working Conditions
Not to exceed 25 hours per week. Days and hours may vary. Duties will require traveling to different areas of the campus as well as off campus class sites and Outreach event

Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a community service mentality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to find new ways to enhance the MORE program experience for seniors.
Supervision
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Manager of Educational Programs and Outreach but will receive direct supervision and direction from the MORE Program Director. SUPERVISION GIVEN: May direct volunteers and work-study students.
Job Function
OVERVIEW: This position embodies the mission of the MORE Program, which is to engage and uplift the senior community's accessibility to Macomb College and engage productively with MORE attendees.
FUNCTION: In conjunction with the MORE Program Director, this position will assist in managing operational aspects of the program, including entering class catalog data and descriptions, preparing materials and online registration programs, enrolling participants, and meeting daily class needs for the MORE program.
Job Responsibilities
Education
Associates Degree required.
Qualifications
Strong data entry and computer skills. The position requires someone who is goal oriented, highly organized, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is sensitive to the special requirements of working with MORE participants.
