Bilingual Program Support Specialist / Admin
Modesto, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and patient Bilingual Program Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a long-term role and make a meaningful impact working with diverse populations.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and program support in a busy office setting
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Assist individuals who may be resistant or hesitant to engage in services
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused in challenging situations
  • Comfortable working with clients who may have strong personalities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
