The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking team-oriented individuals to support our before and after-school programs across the Swift Creek/Moseley Region.Position: School Age Child Care Program Assistant Locations: Clover Hill Elementary, Deep Creek Elementary, Moseley Elementary, Spring Run Elementary and Winterpock ElementarySchedule: Monday-Friday | 6:45am-9:15am and/or 3:30pm-6:15pmSalary Range: $13-$14 per hourYour Role on the Team:Partner with program staff to keep activities running smoothly and on scheduleAssist with group management, transitions, and daily routinesSet up and clean up activity spaces, snacks, and materialsOffer encouragement and support to children as they participate in games and projectsHelp maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participantsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Friendly, dependable, and eager to contributeComfortable working in a team and taking directionInterest in gaining experience with youth programsAt least 16 years old.
