Position Summary
a. Support Facilities and Shared Resources operations, with a focus on equipment inventory, surplus tracking, labeling, and documentation
b. Assist with space management, including organizing areas, clearing space, and moving equipment as needed
c. Submit, monitor, and follow up on iService requests to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
d. Coordinate and manage building access for visitors
e. Maintain and update building directories, signage, and internal notices
f. Perform data entry and maintain accurate, organized records related to facilities operations
g. Identify, report, and assist in resolving operational or facilities-related issues
h. Provide front desk coverage, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
i. Assist with general administrative tasks for CCRA staff, faculty, and students
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
a. Current UNM student in good academic standing
b. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
c. Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and strong follow-through on tasks
d. Strong organizational and time management skills

f. Background, coursework, or academic focus in science, engineering, or a related technical field
g. Previous experience in a laboratory, research, facilities, or technical environment
h. Prior administrative, customer service, or data entry experience
