The role also involves communication with customers, document management, research, problem-solving, inventory control, attending project meetings, and supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring labor compliance, maintaining payroll systems, and supporting the operations and maintenance team.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and project tools, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and independence are essential.
