About the Role:

As a CBRE Program Consultant, you will be responsible for program management services within an assigned market or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver technology infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Integrate IT infrastructure projects with construction, renovation, or facility-related initiatives, including coordination with general contractors, architects, and operational teams.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure (ie wifi, network switch deployments, MDF/IDF buildouts), including quality assurance, testing, certification, and compliance requirements.
  • Translate customer/business requirements into technical solutions, including participation in site surveys, design discussions, and infrastructure planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, field teams, and clients to deliver telecom/network solutions and resolve issues in dynamic, real-world environments.
  • Work with key stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommendations and implement organizational processes and procedures. Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process
  • Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects
  • Develop project plans that define strategic goals, establish budgets, allocate resources, and produce accurate forecasts for resource and revenue needs.
  • Present routine reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills.
  • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $110K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $130K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
