Location: Presidio of Monterey, CA (primary; travel to Crystal City, VA)

Overview: Provides overall leadership and management of the contract. Serves as the primary interface with client leadership for contract performance, reporting, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Direct overall program execution and compliance with contract requirements.
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and training.
- Oversee scheduling, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk management, performance reviews, and quality control.
- Coordinate reporting and communication with the client and subcontractors.

Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.

- Technical Screening: Familiarity with DoD IT governance, configuration management, and enterprise network sustainment.
