PGS Worldwide is seeking a Program Control Analyst in Melbourne, FL for a contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Program Control Analyst will support cost and schedule control for government contracts, including budgeting, financial reporting, Earned Value Management, variance analysis, forecasting, and Estimates at Complete. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience working with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Earned Value Management principles.
  • Experience with performance measurement baseline concepts.
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting.
  • Experience with monthly performance management.
  • Experience with variance analysis and risk management.
  • Experience with proposal, pre-contract, or contract startup activities.
  • Experience supporting program cost and schedule control.
  • Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Experience working with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with EVMS, ANSI/EIA-748, or related government cost control guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience setting up or maintaining cost control systems.
  • Experience with funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience performing monthly, quarterly, and annual Estimates at Complete.
  • Experience supporting Control Account Managers with Variance Analysis Reporting.
  • Experience leading or supporting Baseline Change Control.
  • Experience incorporating contractual changes into cost and schedule control systems.
  • Experience with financial auditing and assessment of completed projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, monitor, and control program cost and schedule systems.
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Support Earned Value Management and program performance reporting.
  • Assist Control Account Managers with variance analysis and reporting.
  • Perform funding, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines.
  • Incorporate contractual changes into control systems.
  • Support Estimates at Complete on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Identify cost and schedule risks and support mitigation planning.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • Full-time onsite role.
  • 5x8 schedule, Monday–Friday.
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Telework is not available.

Pay

  • $83.33/hour
