The Working Environment You Can Expect
The Department of Administration, Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking Statewide for the right individual to fill this full-time position. We anticipate there will be an in-office environment to start, however OIT maintains a friendly and flexible work culture that believes in work/life balance, teleworking is available.
Daily, you will use Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream and other tools to develop promotional and communications materials. You will work closely with the Deputy Chief Information Officer and the OIT leadership team developing communications plans and supporting change campaigns. Your work will translate the vision and direction of OIT into fresh, easily understood messaging about OIT services. You will collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of OIT, including key stakeholders within other departments and the Governor's Office.
Your clear, empathetic and factual approach will be responsive to customer challenges and assure those customers that OIT understands their business needs and knows what services we can help them succeed with.
