JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Program Coordinator serves as the principal College of Pharmacy Graduate and Residency Program administrative support and provides office support for the staff, faculty, and students. This position manages the day-to-day administrative and financial operations for the residency and graduate programs along with other financial functions for the College of Pharmacy. This position provides administrative support to the programs'' site directors, mentors, faculty, staff, and students and accounting support including managing budgets, reconciliation of accounts, resolving account and/or budget discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, Organizational Management, or a related degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of related experience; OR a combination of education and experience to equal five (5) years.

WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and evenings. May require occasional overnight travel.
