General Function
The Program Coordinator, CCP Early and Middle College serves as the primary point of contact and coordination between Central Piedmont, Early and Middle College high schools, and internal college partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact to support Early and Middle college students through the application and onboarding process.
Collaborate with the Early and Middle College Principals and Counselors and Central Piedmont Academic Advisors and Admissions Staff to coordinate onboarding, and transition processes, strengthen communication with high school and college stakeholders and ensure consistent implementation of Early/Middle College partnership expectations.
Assists in developing, planning, implementing and administering goals and objectives of the assigned area.
Maintains communication channels with Early and Middle College staff to promote and enhance the program.
Provide recurring reports to Early and Middle College partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between Central Piedmonts CCP Department and Early/Middle College high schools as well as Academic Advisors
Monitor student progress and support retention/transition initiatives
Provides administrative assistance to immediate supervisor, which includes recurring reporting,
program analysis and collaboration.
Collaborates with internal departments to maintain student files.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a discipline relating to the assigned program area and two years of administrative experience.

Working Conditions:
Primarily office based with occasional travel required between campuses or off-site meetings.
Work schedule may include occasional evenings and weekends for CCP related events.
