General Summary

The Center for Cultural & Inclusive Excellence provides transformative leadership in creating a learning and work environment that is equitable and inclusive. The position provides support for the CLS/CCIE unit, as well as specialized technical/clerical support for CCIE. The position also functions as the program representative and resource, has extensive contact with program participants and partners, and resolves problems within a delegated area of authority.
This position is a classified full-time position and is eligible for overtime. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
SALARY INFORMATION: The above salary range reflects the starting step (Step C) Range 41 and ending step (Step M) salary for this classified position and includes a 5% King County compensation provision. As a new employed classified employee, based on annual increments, it will take 5 years to reach Step L on the salary schedule, 11 years to reach step M on the salary schedule. This does not reflect any contractual changes, legislative mandated salary increases or Cost of Living Increases (COLA's) that may be approved in the future.
