Job Summary:
The Center for Education in Health Sciences is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of its graduate degree programs, including the
Master of Public Health. These programs prepare physicians, researchers, and other health professionals to conduct rigorous, interdisciplinary research that advances population and public health.
The Program Coordinator plays a central role in the successful operation and continuous improvement of academic programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating curriculum and program development initiatives, managing course planning and academic event logistics, supporting student recruitment and admissions processes, and administering student services and tuition scholarship programs. The Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and prospective applicants, helping to ensure a positive and engaging educational experience.
Working closely with the Program Director and Program Administrator, the Coordinator supports faculty-led curriculum and admissions committees, contributes to annual budget planning and resource management, and assists with program assessment and quality improvement efforts. The Coordinator also helps identify opportunities to enhance student engagement, streamline administrative processes, and strengthen program effectiveness.
This position is part of a dynamic and mission-driven administrative team within the Institute for Public Health and Medicine (IPHAM) and offers the opportunity to contribute to the education and development of future leaders in public health and health sciences research.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $51,350 - $66,380 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
