Job Summary Reporting to the Healthy CPS Policy & Engagement Program Manager with high level leadership from the Executive Director of the Office of Student Health and Wellness and Chief Health Officer the Program Coordinator will provide critical support and leadership in advancing Chicago Public Schools commitment to student health and wellness focusing on partnerships programming resource development and technical assistance for policy implementation. In addition to continuous improvement and yearly facilitation of the Healthy CPS Survey the districts measure how successfully schools implemented Healthy CPS throughout the school year. This is a full-time exempt position that will be paid for hours worked on a salary basis. This Job Will be held accountable for the following responsibilities Education Required Experience Required Other Requirements Knowledge Skills and Abilities Conditions of Employment As a condition of employment with the Chicago Public Schools CPS employees are required to EstablishMaintain Chicago Residency - Employees are required to live within the geographic boundaries of the City of Chicago within six months of their CPS hire date and maintain residency throughout their employment with the district. The Chicago residency requirement does not apply to temporarypart-time positions however all CPS employees must be residents of Illinois.
