Primary point of contact for child care providers
Monitor child care provider-related inquiries
Review and resolve high-risk matters related to child care scholarships
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures of child care providers
Key Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to coordinate and communicate with other team members and external partners
Ability to perform and complex tasks within required deadline
Experience in contracts and performance management
Do you have…
Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
3 years of experience with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties
Preferred QualificationsExperience with local government funding and contract management
