The College of Pharmacy is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator to join our Development team.
Under general supervision, reporting to the Senior Development for the College of Pharmacy, the Program Coordinator performs diverse responsibilities in support of the College of Pharmacy's fundraising and alumni relations initiatives. Performs clerical/administrative responsibilities related to gift processing, correspondence, deposits, gift agreements, scholarship awards, travel preparation, processing reimbursements and other duties as assigned. Provides ongoing support of the Senior Director of Development with a focus on prospect identification and research and preparing related reports from prospect management system. Coordinates stewardship plans for an assigned portfolio of donors and coordinates related stewardship projects and events. Supports a variety of special events throughout the year to include meetings, receptions and dinners. Works in tandem with donors and volunteers on college outreach and development initiatives.

Includes but not limited to responding to telephone calls; writing, preparing, proofreading and mailing correspondence and other printed material; monitoring and preparing weekly revenue reports; processing deposits; providing assistance with travel plans and preparation; processing reimbursements; monitoring departmental budget and tracking expenses; monitoring project deadlines to keep team on schedule; schedule appointments as assigned.

Includes but not limited to using online and other resources to update alumni files; utilize research skills to identify potential prospects; analyze database information and pull reports to make outreach recommendations; enter updates in prospect and donor files as assigned.

Includes but not limited to creating, implementing and coordinating stewardship plans for assigned major gift and annual gift donors to include the oversight of a dynamic stewardship calendar; coordinates invitations to athletic and university events on behalf of college development and Dean; coordinates follow-up actions for donor visits and events; writes acknowledgement letters and maintains timely updates; provides oversight of colleges endowment reports and gift agreements; oversees birthday card recognition of assigned donors/prospects, oversees expressions of sympathy to families of deceased alumni.
