AWS is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the Executive Audience Advocacy & Relationships (EAAR) team within Global Executive Marketing (GEM). GEM develops and executes programs that are designed to build awareness, engagement, and positive perception, as well create opportunities to strengthen relationships with executive decision makers and influencers.

The Executive Audience Advocacy & Relationships (EAAR) function focuses on strategic and targeted engagements for executive decision-making personas including the CEO, CTO/CIO, etc. The team creates meaningful opportunities for AWS Executives to build connection and advocacy with the goal of creating raving fans and shaping executive preference and perception. The portfolio includes targeted events and membership-based programs, an always on Executive Sponsorship Program, and the Executive Briefing Docs team.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines and task lists and track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across all programs
  • Track and manage customer registration and attendance across multiple events and programs
  • Create timely updates on event logistics, agenda changes, and key milestones
  • Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications
  • Draft and execute event-specific communications to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely responses and participation
  • Liaise with internal teams and agencies to ensure all logistical elements are executed on time and within budget
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
  • Manage speaker prep call scheduling
  • Travel and execute events on-site as needed
