Position summary
Under direct supervision, the Program Coordinator I supports the coordination of daily program operations within the Cardiac Surgery unit to ensure goals and objectives are met in alignment with established timelines, priorities, and funding requirements. This role helps organize program activities, supports communication between staff and stakeholders, and assists with documentation, reporting, and logistics. The Program Coordinator I plays a key role in maintaining smooth program workflow and ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Education:
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
bachelors degree preferred
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant administrative, coordination, or program support experience required

The posted pay range is Boston Childrens reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
