Position Summary Rutgers University-Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking a Program Coordinator II. Reporting to the Accounting Specialist, the Program Coordinator II will organize, administer, and assist multiple facets of open enrollment and corporate customized executive education programs, including the planning, preparation, evaluation, marketing, records, statistics, reports, and materials.
This position is responsible for, and not limited to, the following:
The Program Coordinator II will carry out routine and semi-routine work within work parameters for the Center and under general supervision. The Program Coordinator II is responsible to have knowledge of the program administration practices. Responsible for processing and preparing department accounts payable and accounts receivable.
