Program Coordinator III (Knowledge Intelligence Partner)
Location: Fully Remote (PST) - US Only
Duration: 6-months contract with possibility for extension
Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Knowledge Intelligence Partner or a Program Coordinator III to help drive our clients AI-powered HR knowledge management program.
In this role, you will organize and maintain HR documentation and resources, using AI tools to automate content tagging, improve search, and identify gaps.
You’ll support teams by creating templates, guides, and process documentation, and provide training to help them get the most out of our intelligent knowledge systems.
Your work will ensure their knowledge management is efficient, scalable, and rooted in ethical AI practices, making it easier for employees to find and use the information they need.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation
  • Enable teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance by providing frameworks and training for content audit and update processes
  • Support the creation of templates, guides, and process documentation
  • Assist in migrating and organizing content across platforms
  • Tag and categorize content using established taxonomies and metadata standards
  • Generate usage reports and identify gaps in documentation
  • Respond to knowledge requests and help employees locate HR resources
  • Coordinate and track knowledge management projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for KM initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Manage cross-functional workflows for content review and approval processes
  • Track action items and follow up with content contributors to meet deadlines
  • Create project status reports and presentations for leadership
Must Have Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management experience in operations, learning & development or communications
  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge intelligence or knowledge management, content management, documentation, or related role
  • Comfortable learning new knowledge management, AI and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent written communication
  • Project coordination and timeline management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices in HR content management
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HR processes and terminology preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, Big Tech environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Customer service mindset
  • Stakeholder management and follow-up skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information management, library science, communications, or related field
