Landmark Incentive Marketing has been a pioneer in incentive travel and marketing for 50+ years, creating unforgettable experiences around the world for clients across North America. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Coordinator to join our Operations team.

Department: Operations Department

\n

Reports To: Program Manager and Operations Manager

\n

What You’ll Do:

• \n
• Manage participant registrations, activity sign-ups, and travel documents
• \n
• Coordinate air, ground, and hotel details with the Program Manager and Air Planner, ensuring smooth trip logistics
• \n
• Manage communication with participants and respond in a timely manner to phone calls and emails
• \n
• Prepare and mail participant travel packets and trip materials
• \n
• Handle traveler inquiries, deviations, and special requests
• \n
• Support onsite program prep, including trip books, name badges, and trip materials
• \n

What We’re Looking For:

• \n
• Bachelor’s degree + 1–2 years in hospitality/events or customer service
• \n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• \n
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• \n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• \n
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• \n
