    Provost | The Institute for Successful Longevity

    Responsibilities

    Provides administrative support for ISL operations and Director, including calendar management, correspondence, transaction processing, and daily functions. Handles purchasing, budget tracking, reimbursements, travel, grant administration, and prepares reports for leadership and funding agencies. Maintains personnel records and contact databases for affiliates and stakeholders. Coordinates onboarding, engagement activities, reporting, and strategic planning. Acts as purchasing agent and supports faculty, students, advisory board, and community partners.

    Represents ISL at events and supports outreach with organizations, healthcare partners, and alumni. Organizes ISL programs and events, managing logistics such as scheduling, registration, materials, and meeting minutes for various meetings. Oversees project schedules, communications, documentation, and supports research activities, progress reports, IRB, and dissemination.

    Develops and distributes communications, manages website and social media, and coordinates student workforce development, including trainees and volunteers involved in institute-sponsored activities.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associates or Bachelors degree.

    • Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, or events.

    • Experience with social media management and digital communications.

    • Experience using Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Canva, and website content management systems.

    • Experience working in higher education, research administration, healthcare, aging services, or nonprofit organizations.

    • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
