    Description

    Manage Wildcat Investor Network (WIN) Operations and Engagement

    • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Wildcat Investor Network, including investor recruitment, onboarding, communications, engagement, retention, membership management, CRM administration, and performance reporting.
    • Plan and execute investor events, startup showcases, networking opportunities, and deal-sharing activities to strengthen investor participation and support startup funding opportunities.

    Coordinate Wildcat Philanthropic Seed Fund (WPSF) Operations

    • Manage startup deal intake, pipeline tracking, due diligence workflows, investment documentation, portfolio reporting, and fund administration activities.
    • Support investment review processes, maintain fund records, collect portfolio metrics, and prepare materials for internal stakeholders and investment committee.

    Startup Incubation & Program Operations Support

    • Provide operational and administrative support for startup incubation initiatives.
    • Assist with planning and logistics for workshops, events, investor programs, and startup engagement activities.
    • Support startup intake, tracking, and program reporting.
    • Maintain program data and CRM systems.
    • Student Analyst Supervision and Team Development.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor undergraduate and graduate student analysts supporting investment, due diligence, research, and venture development activities.
    • Provide direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to student team members.
    • Support TLA Incubator leadership with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, and special projects.
    • Coordinate across Tech Launch Arizona teams to ensure seamless delivery of entrepreneurship and startup support programs.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of project management principles, with exceptional follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Skills in written and verbal communication, relationship building, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Skills in maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while managing data, documents, CRM systems, records, and business processes.
    • Skills in event planning and logistical coordination to ensure successful execution of meetings, programs, and special events.
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize information to solve problems and support informed decision-making.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with entrepreneurs, investors, alumni, students, university stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while also working independently.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
    • Ability to take initiative and continuously improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
