Reports To: Assistant Deputy Director Classification: ExemptDescription: Provide general oversight of programming and employee accountability.Duties: Oversight of programmingSupervise Residential SupervisorsSupervise Direct Support StaffManage a caseload30-35Ensure delivery of person centered services and dignity of choiceComplete Provider ReviewsTeam MeetingsOn-going communication with Circle of SupportsComplete incident reports within appropriate timeframesReview all documentation from sites to ensure complianceStaff AccountabilityCoordinate staffing plans in accordance with plan of care and CCRHC guidelinesSupervise staffOther duties as assigned Knowledge Current CPR CertificationCurrent First Aid CertificationMedication Administration Certification Skills & AbilitiesAbility to follow detail plans accuratelyAbility to apply sound, mature decisions Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing at least 75 pounds Additional RequirementsAt least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and liability insurance Acceptable criminal (State and County) histories ***Must have a Verifiable Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
