Program Coordinator

HEAL 901 is hiring a Program Coordinator to foster community healing and support programs, and community empowerment programs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, community-centered, and committed to maintaining strong compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth program operations.
What you’ll do (High Level):
• Coordinate daily program activities, workshops, outreach events, and partner engagements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, including attendance logs, service records, and outcome tracking.
• Support case management workflows: intake, follow-up, referrals, and participant progress updates.
• Assist with volunteer onboarding, scheduling, communication, and engagement.
• Build relationships with partner agencies and help coordinate referrals and collaborative services.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with accurate data and narrative summaries.
• Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices in all participant interactions.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Experience in community programs, case management, or grant-funded initiatives.
• Comfortable maintaining detailed documentation and meeting compliance deadlines.
• Able to communicate clearly with staff, partners, and participants.
• Consistent, dependable, and committed to high-quality service delivery.
• Familiarity with Memphis neighborhoods, community resources, and local service networks.
