PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC) - Adult Residential ProgramRandolph, MA | Full-Time

Lead with purpose. Support with confidence.As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You'll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning.Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team.Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs.Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams.Serve as primary on-call support except on the APC's assigned days.

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required.Valid and current U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.MAP certification required.Minimum of 3 years of residential experience required; behavioral experience preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
