About the Role

Are you an experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? As a Program Coordinator, you will support daily school operations, help maintain high-quality classroom environments, and ensure our programs meet company, state licensing, and accreditation standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys mentoring others, supporting classroom teams, and making a meaningful impact on children's learning and development.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily school operations, classroom management, and staff supervision.

  • Assist with implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation.

  • Help ensure compliance with state licensing, company policies, and accreditation standards.

  • Coordinate school activities, field trips, and parent conferences.

  • Monitor classroom supplies and resources to support effective learning environments.

  • Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.

What We're Looking For

  • Meets applicable state and COA age requirements.

  • Meets state qualifications for Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher, as applicable.

  • Previous childcare experience; management or leadership experience preferred.

  • CDA credential, currently pursuing a CDA, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

  • Ability to meet state-required ongoing training and professional development requirements.

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • A passion for early childhood education and supporting children's growth.

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additional incentives may be available based on eligibility.

    PRESCHOOL + PRE-K PROGRAMS:
    21/2 to 3, 3 to 4, & 4 to pre-K (3 levels).

    KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM:

    GRADES 1 THRU 5:
    School Age 5 to 10
