I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Job Description Summary:

Job Summary: Support a high-volume department by performing administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications: The applicant must be proficient in computer and phone applications, primarily, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Keep), and Google Calendar. Applicants need strong communication skills, both written and oral. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team-centric attitude with great attention to detail is a must. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required. Ability to walk and/or remain on foot for extended periods of time as tasks require. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

Provide auxiliary support by performing a range of tasks, including:

  • Reviewing the ticketing system and flagging priority tickets, escalating them as necessary
  • Emailing and calling customers to obtain details
  • Taking accurate notes while walking through project sites or attending meetings
  • Collecting, organizing, and archiving data critical to project management
  • Working closely with the department team, including movers and crew leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Assisting in the field as needed, including but not limited to: escorting moving teams, monitoring projects, accurately counting and photographing items, and previewing and assessing spaces
  • Exhibiting courteous, timely, and professional communication at all times
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. The degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
