Program Coordinator - SOS Signs of Suicide

SOS Signs of Suicide (a service of Riverside Community Care) is a small mission-driven team dedicated to providing evidence-based suicide education programs. We help schools, universities, cities/states and non-profits prevent and recover from suicide, traumatic events, and crises.

The Program Coordinator for SOS Signs of Suicide reports to the Program Director and supports national program coordination, client implementation, and continuous improvement to reach as many students and adults as possible with high-quality suicide prevention education.

This role works in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Tech Support to help clients successfully use SOS products and services. The Program Coordinator collects and analyzes program data, client feedback, and usage trends to identify client needs, implementation challenges, and opportunities to improve program resources and support.

Pay Rate Range:

  • $24.03 - $26.44/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week

Required Skills

  • Must be comfortable articulating the mental health needs of youth
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to give oral and written presentations in professional settings
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years professional experience required, preferably in a nonprofit or school setting
