What You'll Do

As the Spine Program Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and clinical coordination of the Spine Program, ensuring a seamless experience for patients across the continuum of care. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote an interdisciplinary approach to spine care and drive program excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support inpatient and outpatient spine services.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization, patients, providers, and the community.
  • Monitor program performance and support quality improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and operational efficiencies across the Spine Program.
  • Support program growth, patient satisfaction, and exceptional clinical outcomes.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the patient experience, advancing quality initiatives, and ensuring the continued success of a comprehensive spine program.
