Position Overview:The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and organizing activities that support participants' physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. This position provides direct support to the Program Director and Assistant Program Director to help ensure high-quality programming and daily operations. The Program Coordinator supervises staff, supports youth development activities, maintains program documentation, and helps create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for participants.
