Seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to support EVMS implementation for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement.
Requires on-site work in San Diego or Palmdale, CA, with a Secret clearance and 10% travel.
Responsibilities include developing EACs, maintaining cost/schedule baselines, analyzing variances, and supporting monthly reviews.
Must have a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, active Secret clearance, and proficiency in EVMS, ERP systems, and MS Office.
Preferred skills include SAP, Cobra, financial forecasting, and GPD.
