This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.Your Role and ImpactSet up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systemSupport audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact‑finding and negotiation supportPerform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesPerform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to completeOther duties as assignedBasic QualificationsLevel 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 0 years of professional experienceLevel 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 3 years of professional experienceWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degreeMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearanceEarned Value Management (EVM) experienceExperience with financial analysis or reportingExperience with MS Office SuitePreferred QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business AdministrationDefense industry experienceProgram Cost Control experienceExperience with FAR/DFARExperience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera or SAPExperience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Benefits and SalaryPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 – $122,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
