    Description

    Job Title Production Program Cost Control Analyst (Onsite)Location Tucson, AZJob Summary Support the Javelin anti‑tank guided missile system, a high‑tech, man‑portable “fire‑and‑forget” platform used by U.S. and allied forces. Work on a tenured production program with multiple DoD and FMS customers, while collaborating with a Joint Venture.Responsibilities Integrate and maintain cost/schedule baselines, including variance analysis and reporting.Manage risk and opportunity assessments.Prepare estimates at completion (EAC) and ensure policy compliance.Forecast and conduct long‑range planning.Partner with Program Managers, CAMs/IPTLs, and Material Program Managers to influence decisions and implement contracts.Collaborate closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations.Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by preparing performance and staffing reports, conducting variance analysis, and maintaining EVMS processes.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of finance experience.Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).Strong data analysis and report preparation skills for senior leadership presentations.U.S. citizenship (required for access to the financial management system).Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop process‑improvement reports.Creative problem‑solving and strong quantitative skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts to non‑financial managers.Independent work under limited supervision.Familiarity with Raytheon financial and accounting policies is a plus.Salary and Benefits Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USDBenefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and incentive compensation programs.
