A Program Data Analyst is responsible to the County Superintendent and works under the direct supervision of the designated manager(s). The Program Data Analyst inputs, verifies and validates student and program data, monitors income and expenditures related to assigned programs, maintains inventories, and prepares and submits exhibits and reports. Assists support staff and other designated users in the use of software designated for student and program data monitoring and reporting.
***This position is grant funded which is renewed under the provisions of the grantor of the contract. The current grant is funded through 6/30/2027. Your position, therefore, is contingent upon continuation of funding of these grants and satisfactory job performance. This is a grant funded position to support the following grant reporting for : CSPP, CalWorks 1,2,3, and AP along with forecasting and provider payment support.***
-High school diploma or equivalent. AA degree is preferred.
-Must posses a typing certificate for 55 net wpm issued within the last two years.
-Three years of increasingly responsible experience involving student or program support or similar data analysis and reporting responsibilities.
If hired, must provide proof of a valid California Driver's License.
