For over 25 years, National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) has specialized in connecting experienced workers (ages 55+) with full-time and part-time job opportunities that support the critical missions of Federal Agencies across the United States.

NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These experienced professionals provide administrative, scientific, and technical support to the Environmental Protection Agency through the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program.

Benefits: Paid Health Insurance Premium for positions budgeted at 60+ hours per pay period, Accrued Vacation and Sick Leave, Paid Federal Holidays, and optional Vision and Dental Insurance available for positions budgeted at 35+ hours per pay period.

The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will? relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience OR AA Degree in Any

  • Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, Adobe, Fax, Copying Machine, Scanner
Duties:

Administrative duties to assist the Branch with multiple functions, such as File scanning, Web posting, Database management (including compliance reviews and data entry). Draft informal communication with outside parties, including overdue notice emails to operators regarding annual reporting.

  • Data entry and web posting of inspection reports and enforcement actions.   35%
  • Provide support of administrative tasks for the Water Enforcement Branch, such as scanning files, tracking controlled correspondence and FOIAs.   35%
  • Draft and track correspondence with owners and operators of regulated facilities.   15%
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.   15%
