General Function
Plans and organizes the instructional activities of an assigned program area within Corporate and
Continuing Education; provides staff support to the Associate Dean; manages the activities of CCE
Instructors and staff; interfaces with external customers to determine training needs and appropriate
instructional delivery
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for specific program areas to create course materials.
Serves as primary contact for CCE instructors - hiring and training.
Advises students in course selection and career objectives.
Solely responsible for adding new programs to our existing portfolio.
Responsible for all industry specific target marketing.
Assists the associate dean in developing planning, implementing and administering goals and
objectives of the assigned area.
monitors and evaluates trainer/instructor/staff performance.
trainers/instructors; Proofs class schedule for accuracy.
current; coordinates the development of course outlines and materials in assigned area.
recommendations and reports; coordinates activities with other program areas.
