Description:
Responsible for the operations of a complex center or multiple departments at the university. Oversees staff and budgets, and projects.
Administers a complex center or multiple departments.
Manages budget and engages in strategic planning to ensure all goals are met.
Hires and directs the activities of staff.
Resolves personnel issues as they arise.
Engages in budget-planning, grant oversight, and policy development.
Implements new programs and projects and monitors ongoing activities of department or center.
Reviews department policies and processes and implements improvements as needed.
Represents department or center to internal and external constituents. 9. Performs other job-related duties as required.

Position Summary:
The Director of the WCE Cohort Program serves as leader and steward of the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship''s signature student experience. This role is responsible for leading and continuously enhancing a transformational cohort experience that develops entrepreneurial leaders of character, purpose, and impact. The Director oversees the full student lifecycle-from recruitment and selection through induction, graduation, and alumni engagement-ensuring that every student is challenged to grow personally, professionally, and entrepreneurially. Through teaching, coaching, mentoring, and program leadership, this individual helps shape future business leaders while preserving and advancing the culture, standards, and reputation that have made the Wolff Center one of the nation''s premier entrepreneurship programs. This position plays a critical leadership role within the Center and works closely with students, faculty, mentors, alumni, donors, business leaders, and community partners to create a life-changing educational experience.

MQ: Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.
