About the Role:
Join B & F Healthcare Services as a Program Director, where you will contribute to the health and happiness of those we support. The Program Director oversees daily operations and service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role ensures compliance, quality care, and effective coordination between staff, families, guardians, and county agencies, while demonstrating the ability to work independently and establish daily operational goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee homemaker personal care services and residential supports
  • Independently prioritize tasks and establish daily operational goals to ensure program quality and efficiency
  • Enter, review, and update individual service plans, outcomes, and goals to ensure compliance
  • Monitor daily documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date medical records and client files
  • Facilitate communication between, senior management, direct care staff, families and guardians, County Boards of Developmental Disabilities
  • Develop and maintain monthly activity calendars for people supported
  • Coordinate appointments and manage digital calendars
  • Ensure individuals are engaged in meaningful activities chosen by those we support
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to new staff members
  • Troubleshoot Brittco software through the Brittco ticketing process
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools for reporting and tracking
  • Maintain organized records and ensure efficient administrative workflows
Qualifications


  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of homemaker personal care services
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and establish daily goals
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems (e.g., Brittco)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple homes or programs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
  • High ethical standards and empathy for others
Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare program management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive program success.
  • Certification in project management or healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
