Position Overview:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is looking to hire a Program Director to lead a team and oversee the production, fielding, and sustainment of national security systems. You'll be supporting a pivotal mission to help innovate and deliver advanced technologies that ensure a bright future for our armed forces. As part of our team, you'll get to leverage your skills and expertise to oversee programmatic efforts for new cyber hunt kits that are deployed across the Department of War, preserving and protecting our nation's most critical systems. You may occasionally travel (CONUS or OCONUS) for events with our end customers at their locations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading and directing program team to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
- Promote and uphold a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide profit and loss leadership across the program
- Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements
- Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
- Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Conducting thorough Risk & Opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization
- Support development and adherence to Program Schedule
- Leverage interpersonal skills to manage daily team battle rhythm and recurring joint meetings (to include status, awareness and escalations)
- Identifying, allocating and managing program resources
- Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
- Ensuring program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through appropriate control board activities
- Cultivating customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community
- Strengthening communications with stakeholders and cultivate a culture of transparency
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed to engage directly with end customers and support program activities at mission partner locations (up to 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics or Management; or 16+ years of progressive professional experience without a degree.
- Demonstrated experience leading production or development programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management tools, and/or Scope Board or similar business processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing programs or portfolios with values exceeding $500M, including responsibility for cost performance, revenue delivery, and profit margin objectives.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for program execution, production delivery, or system development, including coordination across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program controls functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading and directing technical teams on national security or DoW programs, including setting priorities and managing personnel.
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a government or DoW contractor environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief technical and executive-level audiences clearly and concisely.
- Experience communicating program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to internal leadership and/or government customers during formal program reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or Management.
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic or rapidly changing program environment including managing schedule, cost, or technical changes while maintaining customer engagement and program execution.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, including government customers, suppliers, prime contractor, or internal leadership, in support of program execution or contract performance.
