We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Permanent Program Director to join our dynamic Healthcare team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of our healthcare programs, with a focus on respite care, community engagement, and services for individuals with special needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, program management, data management, reporting, and strategy. This position requires an individual with a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.

Must be Bi-lingual in English & Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of program strategies, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare programs, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage and monitor program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
  • Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, promoting engagement and collaboration.
  • Implement and oversee change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to services.
  • Develop and implement data management systems to track program performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into program performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in our services.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management, with a focus on respite care, community engagement, and services for individuals with special needs and IDD.
  • Proven experience in operations management, change management, and strategy development.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for improving the lives of those we serve.
